Indonesian tourism logo is Wonderful Indonesia, which was inaugurated on January 1, 2016 ago, that in 2008 was named Visit Indonesia. The logo was created by Indonesian government to boost Indonesian tourism in the world. Logo Wonderful Indonesia is simple, but very elegant and impressive.

Here are the meaning and significance of logo Wonderful Indonesia:
1. Form of logo takes concept of Garuda Pancasila as the nation ideology, but with a modern design.
2. Five principles of Pancasila is depicted in the form of 5 lines different colored. It is a symbol of Indonesian country which is full of diversity.
3. The logo is processed into dynamic shapes and colors as the embodiment of Indonesian dynamics as the great country.
4. The typeface and logo are taken from authentic Indonesian elements enhanced with a modern design.

5. Wonderful Weather

Logo Wonderful Indonesia in early inaugurated until now has
been changed or have repositioned. At a glance, logo Wonderful Indonesian has not changed at all, it still puts a wingspan of Garuda. According to Ministry of Tourism and Indonesian Creative Economy, repositioning logo of Wonderful Indonesian is to reinforce messages to the world that Indonesian tourism promises to provide new, wonderful, and certainly impressive experiences to any traveler.

The renewal of logo emphasizes a flexibility style by means of images without corner. It means the balance and harmony of people on earth, and also emphasizes a sustainable tourism. Garuda emblem as a nation ideology is still intact and maintained. Five colors as fur are also still maintained. Each color has a meaning as follows:

1. Blue color, which means universality
2. Green color, which means creativity and friendly in nature
3. Orange color, which symbolizes the spirit of innovation and renewal
4. Purple color, which symbolizes the power of imagination and faith
5. Magenta color, which symbolizes the balance between common sense and practical characteristic.

The wingspan of Garuda in logo Wonderful Indonesia means as a strong desire to fly away and also at the same time symbolizes a peace. Reposition logo appears on the writings Wonderful Indonesia placed further forward with highlighting the graphic elements. The wording of Wonderful Indonesia is enlarged and Garuda position is more upward.

In the previous logo, text Wonderful Indonesia was located behind logo Garuda with a smaller size. In the new logo Wonderful Indonesia, there is an additional website address www.indonesia.travel listed at the bottom of logo.
